This website allows one to do 2 things: 1: De-JUNK by flat-out just giving away all that stuff taking up space that you may just want to get rid of (or maybe tried to sell @online auction without much luck) 2: Find someone who has something you want/need and get that item at NO COST Best of all there are no fees to join & no shipping charges to pay. This is because you do both the giving & the getting in your local area. check it out, but a word of caution. Consider carefully where and how you pick up items you want and where and how to safely meet others to get rid of your old junk. Explore what others are getting/giving by finding your local freecycle group. After you find it, and join you can be sent emails with what others want or are looking for and what others are offering to anyone who wants it for free. - Steven , posted 05/24/07 |
